This really should use a Device Tree overlay but the mangOH code doesn't
allow that to happen because the i2c expander isn't declared using an
overlay.

This new version uses substantially less code to do nearly the same
thing. Data hub inputs are no longer created because they were not used
and I believe that clients should be observing the things that control
the LEDs rather than the LEDs themselves.

Remove the mcp9700aTemperatureSensor app because it was decided that
this device would not be integrated into the mangOH Yellow.
